Prince Baxter from the poochie planet, Ballachia, is in danger. His parents, King Rumble and Queen Priss, send him to New York, Earth for his protection, and there his adventure begins.

The prince is rescued by Dave and Roman, a single dad and his son, and he is also protected by a rag-tag, goofy gang of dogs called the Scoundrels. And watch out for Fanny the Nanny!

Both families love, guide, and protect this magical prince until he can go home to his parents and his planet, Ballachia.
